A French antique sampler, exquisite woven wheel embroidery onto fine pure linen, with a pretty handmade lace border. Dating from the early 1900's, this would have been part of a young ladies' work towards a qualification - very special!
This was safely wrapped in tissue paper for storage, but I think that it needs to be hung up on display for all to see!!
